Shipping Policy


Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies or speed post. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 days from the date of order or payment confirmation.

Return Policy


We offer returns or exchanges within 2 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Key Points:

Refund Policy 
• Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of placing the order unless the product has already been shipped or is out for delivery. 
• Cancellation requests for perishable goods or time-sensitive items like flowers, eatables, etc., are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged. 
• Damaged or defective items should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Our team will inspect and decide if a refund or replacement is applicable. 
• Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 3 business days.
